What To Expect After Submitting Your PO

o   An order confirmation will be sent immediately following the processing of your purchase order.

o   50% down payment is required to initiate the proofing process and hold stock. The remaining balance plus any freight charges will be due once the order is ready to ship.

o   We accept payment via:

  • ACH
  • Credit Card (please note, there is a 3% fee)

  • Cylindrical Screen Print: one color included. Additional colors are subject to to setup fees and run charges.

    • Reorder setup per PMS color: $31.25 (g) 
  • Cylindrical Digital Print: Full color included. No additional setups or run charges apply to this decoration method.

Artwork Requirements

The following is provided to assist you in submitting art that will ensure satisfaction and timely completion of your order. Please be as specific as possible with the layout of the artwork. This will allow us to efficiently process your order. If exact size is NOT stated, art will be sized to fit item.

  • Acceptable file types:
    • Adobe Illustrator vector format (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) is preferred. Please remember to convert all text to outlines. For any photo-real imagery, please submit .psd, .tif or .jpg files. The original file must be at least 300 dpi resolution or higher at actual size.

       

  • Unsupported file types:
    • QuarkXpress, PageMaker, Freehand, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Any unsupported file types will result in additional charges for redrawing artwork.

       

  • Logo Placement & Sizing:
    • Appropriately determined by BrandBox unless specified by your purchase order.

       

  • Additional Logo Information:
    • Please also provide any additional information specific to your logo, regarding Pantone (PMS) colors, thread colors, or brand guidelines.

       

  • VECTOR vs. RASTER artwork:
    • Vector artwork is created by a series of points and paths. It can be scaled, edited and resized without compromising the quality. Raster artwork is created by a fixed number of pixels. It cannot be scaled up once saved. Example:
  • HI-RES vs. LOW-RES artwork:
    • High resolution artwork is needed for clear reproduction of your logo. This means that your artwork must be at least 300 dpi at the size it is to be printed. Low resolution files will reproduce poorly, and have a blurry, pixelated look. Example:

Preproduction Sample and Blank Samples

Standard lead time for a pre-production sample is 5 business days from digital proof approval. Rush production is not available for pre-production samples. Not all products are available for preproduction sampling.

  • We offer 1/color screen printed preproduction samples only. Artwork containing more than 1/color will be digitally printed if the item allows.
  • The setup fee for preproduction samples is $93.75(g) in addition to the end quantity price of the item.
  • Blank samples are sent 1-2 business days from the date requested and are subject to stock availability. The cost is end quantity price of the item.

Personalization / Variable Data

 Variable Data is available with the following decoration methods.

Laser Engraving:

  • Additional $2.50 (g) per item/ per piece of data

Digital Printing:

  • Additional $1.25(g) per item/ per piece of data

Rush Orders and LTM Orders

 Standard production time is 10-15 business days if the item is in stock at the time the order is placed. 

  • If the item or items are not in stock at the time the order is placed, the lead time will be provided at the time the stock arrives.

Rush Service is available for most orders. We will always work to accommodate a rush, but this service is not guaranteed. Rush service is only available if the item(s) are in stock at the time the order is placed.

  • 5 Day Rush service: $0.82 (g)/ item
  • 3 Day Rush Service: $1.56 (g)/ item

On select products, we offer quantities lower than the published minimum order quantity for an additional fee of $60.00(g).

Payment

If an account is not set up on credit terms or the account does not have available credit, pre-payment is required.

  • 50% is due at the time the order is placed.
  • Remaining balance + any freight charges are due at the time the order is ready to ship.

If at any time you would like an application for credit terms, please reach out to info@brandboxpromos.com.

  • Please note: Upon approval of credit terms, the first order placed with us must be paid with an alternative payment method. Please see below for a list of options.
  • Review of credit application typically takes 7-10 business days.

Available options for payment include:

  • Check, in which case the order can be processed when the check has cleared
  • ACH, in which case, a transaction confirmation is all that is required to get the order processed, however, receipt of funds is required to ship the order.
  • Cred card, which does incur a 3% fee, but is the fastest way to secure stock and get an order processed.

Shipping

  • F.O.B Factory Binghamton, NY 13903
  • All small packages are shipped UPS or FedEx ground service throughout continental North America, unless otherwise specified on P.O. - Shipments cannot be made to a Post Office Box address.
  • When shipping internationally, a 3rd party account number must be provided.
  • Shipping charges will be added to invoice if a 3rd party account number is not provided.
  • All standard ground parcel rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Any claims concerning lost or damaged merchandise must be made directly to the carrier. Ownership of the product transfers to customer when given to carrier.
  • BrandBox cannot be held responsible for delayed shipments when merchandise is given to carrier on time.
  • Insurance and handling are added to all shipments.
  • Failure to provide complete and accurate shipping addresses may cause delays to your shipment and fee will be incurred for correction to shipment.
  • Drop shipments: $15.00 (g) for additional drop shipments after the first location.
  • An excel file with complete address information is required if requesting more than 1 ship to address. Customer service would be happy to provide the template.

Cancellations/Returns

  • Cancellations are subject to a $60.00 (g) charge and all labor and production costs expended. All requests for a cancellation must be in writing! We cannot guarantee cancellation of your order after art proof approval.
  • Returned merchandise will not be accepted without written authorization from BrandBox. Contact Customer Service for RA number.
  • BrandBox reserves the right to request a sample of the item to be returned before an authorization is to be made, contact customer service.
  • Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.

Authorization and Indemnification, Rights of Warranty, and Rights to Promotions

  • Cancellations are subject to a $60.00 (g) charge and all labor and production costs expended. All requests for a cancellation must be in writing! We cannot guarantee cancellation of your order after art proof approval.
  • Returned merchandise will not be accepted without written authorization from BrandBox. Contact Customer Service for RA number.
